YiobaTV is open to all registered Yioba vendors, sellers, and manufacturers. To submit content, you must have an active seller account on yioba.com.
By uploading your video to YiobaTV, you confirm that the content is owned by you or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and promote it. Submitted videos must be related to your products or services on Yioba and must not include misleading, offensive, or inappropriate material.
All video submissions are reviewed by the Yioba team before publishing. Yioba reserves the right to refuse, remove, or edit content that violates platform standards or any applicable laws. By submitting your video, you grant Yioba the right to display, promote, and share your video across Yioba's channels and platforms, including social media and marketing campaigns.
Your video will be linked to your Yioba shop page or specific product listings. It is your responsibility to ensure your shop and products remain active and compliant with Yioba policies.
Yioba may promote YiobaTV content across various channels to increase visibility. However, promotion is not guaranteed for every submission and may depend on video quality, compliance, and product relevance.
All trademarks, logos, and content on YiobaTV remain the property of their respective owners. Yioba does not claim ownership of your video content but retains the right to distribute and promote it for platform-related purposes.
Yioba is not responsible for the misuse of video content by third parties or for any claims arising from your submissions. Sellers are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of their product videos.
Yioba may suspend or remove a seller’s video or restrict access to YiobaTV at any time for breach of these terms, copyright violations, or other violations of Yioba policies.
Yioba reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of YiobaTV after changes means you accept the updated terms.
